Incredible experience! The staff were exceptionally friendly, making every effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Rooms were cozy, with comfortable beds and ideal room temperature. The rooftop bar views are breathtaking! Conveniently located near the Old Quarter, it’s the perfect spot for exploring the city. Highly recommend this place!

The rooftop bar has the most breathtaking views, perfect for afternoon dop at the bar. The staff are absolute legends, super friendly and ready to help—big ups to Louis for the local tips! Rooms are cozy and clean, just what we needed after long days exploring!

The noise from the street was a bit much at times, but we managed!

My shower was stuck on max heat, but the spacious balcony was a nice touch.

The location was superb, just a short walk from attractions like the Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre and the Hanoi Night Market. I loved the spacious room with a comfortable bed and enjoyed the breakfast buffet with an array of options. The rooftop bar was a highlight, offering a great view of the city. It was a cozy place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. :

The family room was quiet and spacious, allowing for a comfortable stay. the bathroom felt cramped and the noise from the hall was disruptive. Breakfast offered some variety but could be improved in quantity. it is suitable for a short family stay with some areas needing attention.

Rooms feature good natural light and reasonable space, enhancing comfort. The location allows easy access to nearby attractions, making daily adventures a breeze.

Check-in was perplexing with room availability delayed, occurring in the dining area rather than a front desk. The views advertised as city sights turned out to be non-inspiring, looking out on a fire escape and alley rather than anything scenic. Equipment issues included a broken TV and bathrooms that lacked privacy due to see-through walls.

I particularly enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace. it provided a relaxing atmosphere with stunning views of the city.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was ineffective and left us feeling uncomfortably warm during our stay.

Couples looking for space

We loved the massive rooms, like spacious galaxies, especially after those long days. And Huong at the front desk? She was like our personal guide to this city, sharing all the right places for food and coffee.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but considering what we got, it was totally fine.

We had a beautiful spacious balcony with an outdoor bathtub/spa. The staff was super attentive, especially Patrick, who handled all our bookings and gave great recommendations. The room was well-equipped with a minibar and safe. A fruit platter and wine in our room made us feel really special.
